A nice car simulator, not a game

Indeed, this is not a game because there are no opponents to race against. But it's a good simulator with great graphics and good physics.
After driving you can watch a replay movie (several camera views possible)

Controls:
Shift to start driving
A: Accelerate
S: Brakes
Mouse: Steering
Esc: Exit game
other keys are shown on the top of the screen while playing

note:
The program runs on XP or earlier, but it may not work with Vista. It has been stated that a dll ( d3drm.dll ) must be present in the same directory as the .exe file for vista use.
