曾發行GTR,GTL及GTR 2的發行商10Tacle因不能再投資的問題而宣佈破產.而從Simbin分裂出來的Blimey Game正是仍然使用10Tacle發行商,所以10Tacle是Blimey Games的主要股東.

本以為10Tacle破產會令Blimey Games受影響,怎料Blimey's Games發出聲明表示已找到令壹未必公開的發行商:

Blimey! Games Stronger Than Ever Despite Announcement of 10Tacle’s Insolvency

LONDON, Aug 7th, 2008 - Blimey! Games Ltd would like to announce their continued growth and healthy balance sheets, despite 10Tacle’s recently declared insolvency.

We at Blimey! Games would like to announce that this will in no way affect our company, or our products.

Work on our Ferrari project continues, and we have also recently signed an unannounced but major brand for a top publisher. Our studio has recently taken on many new staff and we are very happy to be working on several upcoming and exciting projects.

Ian Bell, CEO/Creative Director announced, “Despite 10T’s unfortunate and recently announced insolvency, Blimey! Games is in a very strong position. We have recently signed an unannounced major project for a top tier publisher which secures our continued growth and our Ferrari title remains unaffected. Work will continue as normal at our studio.”
